I don’t actually think EVERYONE needs a coach…only those who truly are up to something in the world and want to succeed. :)

What an important message from Google’s CEO. This is partly about getting an outsider’s perspective on how we’re “showing up” so that we can get out of our own way. Even the world’s top (TOP) athletes have coaches ~ what might they know that the rest of us may not?
